Applications: It is used for water-base lamination, oil-base lamination and pre-glued film lamination.

Features: ZXSD-1050 automatic film laminating machine is one of our new excellent designs. The machine is equipped with the most advanced PLC electrical control system and pulsing pneumatic cutting system which is very popular in the field. The biggest feature: the machine is a multi-functional machine which suits the lamination of water-base glue film, oily glue film and pre-glued film.

Configuration: 1. Automatic paper feeder feeds paper automatically. And paper can be added even when the machine is kept running. 2. Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector, paper break protector and paper superposing protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical systems. When no paper, paper break or paper superposition occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.3. Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. to guarantee paper conveying and overlap stable and regular. 4. Powder cleaner can clean effectively the powder on printing surface. 5. Man-machine interface system: 7.5’’color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator inputs paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely automated operation. And on touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time. 6. 800mm of laminating roller has high precision of chrome plating, and is equipped with water circulation heating system which provides more homogenized temperature for lamination. The laminating temperature is adjustable upon applications.7. Ceramic coating roller makes coating more homogenized and exquisite. 8. Hydraulic pressuring system provides big and steady pressure automatically to guarantee good laminating quality. 9. Air expansion shaft releases film, and precisionists film release, and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient. 10. The combination of air expansion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and speed.11. Film cutter cuts film width to make it meet paper size. The cut film is left on the film release spindle.12. Film perforating wheel perforates film edge for the automatic cut of laminated paper.13. Anti-curvature device: when going through the anti-curvature device, the laminated paper shall be leveled at once and won’t curve again after cut. 14. Pneumatic cutting system realizes automatic paper cut as long as the operator inputs the workable paper size on the touch screen. 15. If the laminated paper doesn’t need to be cut, it can be winded automatically by air expansion shaft. Winding speed is adjustable.16. Auto paper collector equipped with pat device stacks and tidies up cut paper. Patting frequency of pat device is adjustable. Receiving table can rise and drop upon applications.
