Unique front lay with intelligent control system, ensuring accurate registration of laminating. Imported electric components with high quality and almost trouble-free. The machine adopts frequency converter for speed regulating, PLC control and analog-to-digital conversion to guarantee the running precision. A pre-feeding device is provided to feeder, cutting time of stopping machine and improving production efficiency. Suction belts for bottom sheet feeding ensure smooth and continuous delivering. Main motor and feeder adopt double frequency converter for speed regulating and centralized control, which enables synchrony lamination. Integrating mechanical and electrical with air, the machine is convenient to operate and adjust.

Bottom Feeding Unit: This unit adopted the kingvidas unique electrical transmission structure, ensure the high speed of sheet conveying and accuracy and not deflect. It also imported the overseas transmitting belt, so it has strong adaptability of the alice of corrugated paper.
