STMT Automatic Flute Laminator
Description:
1. STMT series Automatic Flute Laminators are with advantages of easy operation, convenient maintenance, high speed, low noise and high accuracy.
It will provide customers with more excellent equipments, which help you to gain the competitive power in the market.
2. STMT series Automatic Flute laminator adopts timing belts imported from Japan, which are constructed with wear resistant and high tensile, thus guarantee the extremely accurate precision of lamination.
3. The adjusted glue roller system applies evenly on the corrugated paper.
4. The recyclable gluing system refills glue in the slot at both gluing rollers by electric glue controller. The glue system ensures glue saving with better lamination quality.
5. The advanced suction belt feeding mechanism of the bottom sheet feeder ensures A, B, C, D, E and F flute, single, double, three or five ply corrugated paper to be delivered smoothly even at high speed operation.
Function of each unit:
The machine is made up of 7 units: Feeder, Top paper feeding unit, bottom paper feeding unit, laminating unit, conveying unit, electric control system, driving system.
1. Feeder:
1) Top paper is delivered one by one by feeder hand with 4 lifting suckers and 4 forwarding suckers, smooth and accurate.
2) 5 limit switches and brake for lifting motor ensure stable delivering of paper.
3) The pre-feeding device with 1.8m height of paper pile, enables paper piling without stopping the machine, thus the production efficiency is greatly increased.
2. Top paper feeding unit:
1) Flat belt enables paper to be delivered smoothly and accurately.
2) The pressing wheel and pressing strip avoid top paper from being warped.
3) Eqipped with a sensor, ensures bottom paper feeding in time. When bad feeding occurs, it will send a signal.
3. Bottom paper feeding unit:
1) Equipped with side guide, feeding knife, suction belt, vaccuum suction boxes, and rear leading rod, the bottom paper can be delivered smoothly and stably.
2) Vacuum suction boxes, suction belt and feeding knife avoid corrugated paper from being warped.
3) Equipped with a filter for corrugated paper, dust and paper can be absorbed.
4) Equipped with bottom paper sensor to facilitate counting and monitor the condition of bottom paper.
5) The suction belt use brake motor with encoder to ensure the accurate fedding of bottom paper.
4. Laminating unit:
1) The metering roller can be adjusted by a hand wheel to ensure glue proper abd even.
2) Glue level controller is equipped with a probe to guarantee automatic glue application.
3) The glue inlet use filter net to filter off the waste paper and granulate of glue to ensure smooth and continuous production.
4) The water tunk with special shape to avoid splattering of water.
5) Gluing roller with unique design (when the machine runs at high speed, it speeds up, while the machine stops, it slows down) avoids wearing of the roller when glue is not given.
6) Unique front lay ensures accurate registration of laminating.
7) Both the metering roller and the cleaning roller runs at even speed for the even glue application and complete cleaning.
8) All the rollers are equipped with overload protection device.
5. Pressing and conveying unit:
1) With the help of pressing strip, the laminated paper coming from the main unit enters into the conveying unit.
2) The pressing and conveying unit with conveying belt, makes laminated paper firm and flat.
3) The adjustable upper conveying belt is used for various size of paper.
4) The speed of conveying unit can be adjustable by the hand wheel, which ensures different thickness of paper to be well pressed.
6. Electric control system:
1) The m achine adopts frequency converter for speed regulating, PLC control and analog to digital conversion to guarantee the running precision.
2) Main motor and feeder adopt double frequency converter for speed regulating and centralized control, which enables synchron lamination.
3) Imported electric components with high quality and almost trouble free.
4. The touch screen is easy to operate and shows operator abnormal working condition of the machine to facilitate troubleshooting.
7. Driving system:
1) The gluing unit, bottom paper feeding unit and pressing unit use gear, sprocket wheel to ensure synchronization.
2) Integrating mechanical and electrical with air, the machine is convenient to operate and adjust.
